Our Process
Before we proceed with a potential candidate’s application, we ensure they have the right qualifications ad experience for the job role. We then arrange for a virtual interview which is followed by qualifications and police clearance verification. The next stage is to guide and provide them with a list of the documents they need to submit to us in support of their application.
- Nursing Diploma
- 18 Months Working Experience
- IELTS: Overall Score of 7 or above
- Police Clearance Valid Within 3 Months
- Passed NMC CBT
- TB Test

Following on from the document verification and interview, we verify the employment history. The candidate is then offered employment and AFFINITY Healthcare will support the candidate with the list of documents required in preparation for the VISA application. Once the candidate has obtained the UK VISA, AFFINITY Healthcare will assist with the following:
- Travel arrangements
- NI registration
- Opening bank account
- GP registration
- UK accommodation if required
Affinity Healthcare does not process UK VISA’s. This is done through the local applicant’s British Embassy. Please note that ONLY the BRITISH EMABASSY has the final decision when it comes to the issuance of VISA’s.
• Affinity Healthcare reserves the right to charge administrative fees for the cost of document and police verification, DBS and Staff badge
• Please note that the Affinity Healthcare administration fees are
non-refundable in the event that the applicant is unsuccessful in obtaining a UK VISA from the British Embassy.
• Affinity Healthcare will refund all administration fees paid by the candidate after 2 years of continuous employment with the company.
• Our placement fees: 10% of the nurses’ annual salary
